Silk screen printed bandana is a made by a scarf company since 1918 in Tokyo. 100% cotton. Dye-dyed with color soaked through to the reverse side. Comes with a Japanese wax paper envelope.
Kiku-sui (White/Navy): The color is a traditional Japanese indigo navy “Kon-iro”. The name “Kikusui” is one of very old Japanese patterns combining chrysanthemum flowers and flowing water, is given a modernized design by Junichi Kobashi. Water flow pattern will be stylish stripe accent when it wears.
Shinku (Red): The color is a traditional “Shinku”, deep and brightly dyed safflower-dyed Japanese red. Hand illustrated by Junichi Kobashi, modernized a very old Japanese chrysanthemum pattern.
Shikkoku (Black): The color is a traditional “Shikkoku”, used to mean the darkest of Japanese black color. Hand illustrated by Junichi Kobashi, modernized a very old Japanese chrysanthemum pattern.
