Milled from a 4 mm thick Elmax steel blank, the blade of Psyop has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high dimensional stability.

The Psyop features a button-operated Top-liner lock and the oval-shaped button is easy to access and fits the overall knife style seamlessly. Equipped with a ceramic ball-bearing system, the Psyop can be deployed with both a front flipper and thumbhole.

Titanium version feature 3D milled, non-reversible pocket clip that is fixed onto the handle with hidden screw sets. Micarta version feature reversible, deep carry pocket clip.
